Job summary

Premier Property Consultancy in Singapore seeks a Building Operations Coordinator to assist the Building Manager in ensuring smooth operation and effective management of the estate, while supervising technicians and service providers. You will coordinate with contractors, vendors and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including WSH, Green Mark, HVAC and fire safety standards.

Responsibilities include updating master lists, conducting regular inspections, and handling

Qualifications

Experience with BIM and Revit workflows.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba and procurement processes.
Familiarity with KNIME and Tableau for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist Building Manager in ensuring smooth operation and effective estate management.
Supervise technicians and service providers working in the building.
Update SP lists and master lists; update address changes as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain defect list.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers; ensure safety compliance.
Collect administration/renovation/ security pass fees as required.
Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
