Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a dedicated Building Executive or Senior Building Executive to oversee operations in a premium commercial building. You will manage daily inspections, safety, and tenant satisfaction, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure high standards and efficient maintenance.

The role requires strong communication and management skills, with responsibilities spanning budget preparation, audits of fire protection systems, and coordination with tenants and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management & Services or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections to ensure building well‑maintained and address rectifications.
• Manage security, cleaning, landscaping, waste, irrigation, and fire safety.
• Oversee use of common amenities and facilities.
• Coordinate with M&E team for testing during unit fit-out and reinstatement.
