Job summary
Premier Property Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable facilities coordinator to assist the Building Manager in ensuring smooth operation and effective management of the estate.
You will supervise technicians and service providers, update essential lists, conduct regular building inspections, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements. Proficiency with BIM tools such as Revit, SAP/Ariba, and data platforms will help optimise building
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM for building modelling.
- Experience with KNIME and Tableau for data analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba in procurement/workflow.
- Familiarity with Green Mark and environmental compliance.
- Understanding of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH).
- Experience with Microsoft Project and building systems (HVAC/Fire Safety).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Building Manager in ensuring smooth operation and effective management of the estate
- Supervise the technicians and service providers working in the building
- (i) Update SP list;
- (ii) Update change of address;
- (iii) Update master list.
- Conduct regular inspection on the building and maintain defect list
- Assist the Centre Manager in supervising all workers and service providers working in the building
- Collect administration fee / renovation fee / security pass
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations
