Job summary

ALLNAMICS (INTERNATIONAL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare budgets, estimate costs, and manage expenditures for projects across our portfolio. You will work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure on-time and cost-effective project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least two years of construction cost-control experience and proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and project management.
• Strong proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Review and analyze contracts, tender documents, and pricing schedules.
• Work closely with the project manager and site team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Handle procurement and manage subcontractors.
• Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
