Job summary

ENOVA ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD. based in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage costs across electrical projects.

You will prepare detailed budgets, track design changes, and compile tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts, ensuring alignment with contract terms. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, 3–5 years of experience, and strong proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Strong understanding of calculation methods and cost planning.
Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Track changes to designs and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Handle contract claims and variations.
Monitor project costs and report on financial progress.
Provide advice on cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present detailed cost reports and forecasts.
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients.
Attend project meetings and provide input on cost implications and strategies.
