Job summary

ALLNAMICS (INTERNATIONAL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender submissions and contract administration in Singapore.

You will prepare progress claims, cost breakdowns and variation orders, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure commercial objectives are met. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, with strong Excel proficiency and knowledge of contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction progress claims and tender submissions.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, costing and quantity measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and follow up on monthly progress claims.
• Assess work completed and prepare supporting documents for claim submissions.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender documents and contract tender submissions.
• Review tender requirements, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare project cost breakdowns.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare and assess variation orders, additional work claims and final accounts.
• Verify subcontractor progress claims and recommend payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations and project correspondence.
• Ensure all claims and tender submissions are accurate and submitted within the required deadlines.
