Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Coordinate and evaluate tender submissions and obtain quotations.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.
• Prepare and process interim valuations and manage payments.
• Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities.
• Compile and present regular cost and financial reports.
