Job summary

NYOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor Cum Admin to join our growing construction team in Singapore. You will handle cost management, prepare budgets, tender documents, and ensure projects stay within budget.

Responsibilities include cost control, variations, interim and final accounts, liaising with consultants, contractors and suppliers, and attending site meetings. A Diploma or Degree with relevant QS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required or equivalent qualification.
• Must have relevant working experience and sound knowledge in Quantity Surveying.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Experience in Singapore construction projects preferred.
• Familiar with Government projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Handle project cost control, variations, and progress claims.
• Prepare interim and final accounts.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements.
