Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead the development and deployment of a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system starting with Tuas South. You will shape a scalable, high‑quality transport solution and oversee feasibility, concept development, procurement and implementation.

You will collaborate across engineering, operations, technology and regulation, coordinating with government agencies and industry partners to ensure safety, reliability and long‑term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering, Transport, Urban Planning, Science, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in public transport or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of public transport systems, systems engineering and major procurement.
• Excellent analytical, written, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, resilient and self-motivated leader capable of guiding cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and option evaluation for BRT deployment.
• Oversee system architecture and concept development for BRT.
• Coordinate with internal LTA divisions, government agencies and partners.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage risk across contracts.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver programme milestones.
