Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites a Deputy/Assistant Manager, Bus Rapid Transit Development to drive the planning, procurement and implementation of the Tuas South BRT project. You will lead detailed technical and operational workstreams covering vehicles, infrastructure, stations, systems, testing and commissioning to deliver a safe, reliable and accessible service.

You will work with the Senior Manager and diverse stakeholders, translating concepts into technical requirements,

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering, Transport, Science, CS, or related.
• At least 4 years of experience in public transport or related sectors.
• Experience in systems engineering, ITS, automation or procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the BRT concept including vehicles, stations, and systems.
• Assess technology options and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across divisions and external partners.
• Prepare for testing, trials and implementation, including safety considerations.
