Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Deputy / Manager, Bus Infrastructure Development to lead planning, design and delivery of bus hubs, interchanges and depots. You will work with government agencies, planners and public transport operators to shape the future of public transport.

You will drive site assessment, project management and stakeholder funding, ensuring designs are fit for purpose, safe, maintainable and passenger-friendly, with strong leadership and clear communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Site Assessment: identify and assess locations for bus infrastructure and coordinate design development.
• Project Management and Design Oversight: lead milestones, review designs, coordinate with contractors and teams to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes.
• Stakeholder Coordination and Funding: secure funding approvals and manage tender processes with operators and relevant divisions.
