Job summary

Hytech in Singapore seeks a senior Trading Management lead to drive P&L across multiple brands and optimize client trading performance. The role requires close collaboration with Dealing, Quantitative Research, AF, Product, and Data teams to implement data-driven strategies.

You will analyze client trading behavior, manage risk, and develop SOPs and frameworks to raise efficiency and decision quality while strengthening trading infrastructure with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive Trading Management across multiple brands to optimize profitability and client performance.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Quantitative Research, Anti-Fraud, Product, and Data teams to execute strategies.
• Develop and implement SOPs and management frameworks for operational excellence.

Education
