Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership seeks a Head of Trading Technology to lead design, delivery, and modernisation of front office trading systems in Singapore. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (Head of Technology, Director of Engineering, VP Engineering, or similar).
• Deep hands-on knowledge of front office trading systems: OMS/EMS, market data, execution algorithms, and risk platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and execution of front office trading technology.
• Drive greenfield technology projects from concept to production.
• Own and evolve multi-year technology roadmap, modernising legacy platforms.
• Lead major modernisation initiatives with minimal disruption to trading operations.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
• Partner with traders, PMs, and quants to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
