Job summary

Hytech in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of financial and trading products across multiple asset classes.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from market research and strategy through design, launch, optimization, and enablement, translating market opportunities, client needs, and competitive insights into practical product solutions. Fluent English and Mandarin are preferred for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial/trading products.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, product structures, and trading workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies based on market trends, client needs, and regional opportunities across CFDs, FX, Commodities, Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, and Cryptocurrency.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from 0 to 1, including market research, requirements gathering, product design, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor products, pricing, features, and market positioning to identify opportunities.
• Develop product roadmaps and work with Trading, Risk, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and user behaviour to drive continuous improvements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, SOPs, and training materials for consistency.
