Job summary

Hytech is seeking an experienced Financial Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and enhancement of cross-asset financial and trading products in Singapore. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from market research to launch and optimization.

You will translate market opportunities, client needs, and data into commercially viable product solutions, collaborating with Trading, Risk, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance across an international context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with financial or trading products.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and product structures.
• Ability to translate market opportunities and client needs into product requirements and rules.
• Experience with data-driven product optimization and stakeholder management.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies across CFDs, FX, commodities, equities, fixed income, funds, and crypto.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from market research to launch and optimization.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to keep products competitive.
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Compliance for delivery.
• Monitor product performance, identify issues, and drive improvements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and feedback.
• Create and maintain product documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
