Job summary

Fuku in Singapore seeks a senior professional to drive Trading Management across multiple brands and optimize brand profitability, client trading performance and the overall trading experience.

As a key partner to Dealing, Quant Research, Anti-Fraud, Product and Data teams, you will leverage data-driven analysis and implement SOPs to elevate operational excellence and decision-making across the trading stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Trading, Trading Operations, Risk Management, or other relevant financial services functions.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading businesses, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, client behavior analysis, and risk control.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify business opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
• Strong client service mindset with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to support brand growth.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex business projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in process optimization, operational excellence, and management framework development.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive P&L management across multiple brands and continuously optimize performance.
• Analyze key business metrics including revenue mix, client profitability, and risk exposure to identify opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client trading behavior, client P&L, trading costs, and risk performance.
• Develop optimization strategies to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Dealing, Quantitative Research, Anti-Fraud, Product and Data teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure effective execution of client management, risk management and trading strategies at brand level.
• Review operational cases to identify opportunities for improvement and establish standardized operating procedures.
