Job Summary:
The Brand Partnerships & Activations Manager leads the hotel’s partnership and experiential marketing strategy across both Rooms and F&B. The role focuses on building impactful collaborations, social-first activations, and guest experiences that drive brand visibility, direct bookings, and dining revenue. Combining creativity with commercial acumen, this role is key in positioning Royal Plaza on Scotts as a modern lifestyle brand that engages audiences online and offline.
Areas of Focus:
- Forge strategic brand and lifestyle partnerships that expand reach and deliver measurable ROI.
- Create and manage experiential activations that enhance guest engagement and generate organic UGC.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with F&B, Revenue, and Sales to translate activations into commercial success.
Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Brand Partnerships (Primary Focus)
- Identify, pitch, close, and manage collaborations with lifestyle brands, banks, airlines, corporates, creators, tourism boards, and communities.
- Structure partnership models including cash, contra, co-marketing, and revenue-share agreements.
- Maintain a rolling quarterly partnership pipeline and report performance to management.
2. Hotel & F&B Activations
- Conceptualise and execute on-property and in-market activations that drive stays, dining traffic, and social buzz.
- Plan experiential programmes such as staycation campaigns, festive promotions, Carousel themes, lounge or poolside collaborations.
- Ensure activations align with hotel brand standards and operational feasibility.
3. Social / Viral Experience Design
- Design activations that are Instagrammable by default, with built-in visual hooks and “hero moments.”
- Engineer UGC through photo/video staging, guest flow planning, and staff engagement cues.
- Ensure all activations strengthen brand recall for Royal Plaza and its F&B outlets.
4. Commercial Packaging
- Translate activations into sellable offers (room packages, dining bundles, upsell opportunities).
- Partner with Revenue, F&B, and Sales teams on pricing, packaging, and distribution.
- Ensure positioning aligns with premium, lifestyle-driven brand strategy.
5. End-to-End Delivery
- Project manage timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, permits, and event risk management.
- Conduct post-activation reviews including ROI assessment and learnings for continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or activations within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, retail, or entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated success in hotel and dining activations that drive measurable business results.
- Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills (cash/contra/rev-share, co-marketing).
- Experience designing social-first activations with clear UGC results (Instagram/TikTok).
- Excellent creative judgement with a premium brand sensibility.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Operational fluency in hotel and restaurant environments; able to brief and align cross-functional teams.
- Metrics-driven, with strong understanding of ROI, KPIs, and post-activation evaluation.
- Culturally intelligent, with an inclusive and Muslim-friendly approach that appeals to diverse audiences.

Partnership Development - Partnership value signed per quarter (cash + contra)
