Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels, building brand visibility and customer engagement to fuel growth.

You will oversee campaign execution, analytics and partnerships, ensuring consistent brand messaging across touchpoints while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to push innovative marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Exposure to multi-brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, analytics and content strategy.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently, prioritise effectively and execute with limited supervision.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels.
• Drive digital marketing activities across paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and website content.
• Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars and campaigns across multiple brand platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business teams and external agency partners to deliver effective, on-brand campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and visual identity across communications touchpoints.
• Support senior marketing leadership on brand-building, customer engagement and marketing innovation initiatives.
