Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals. You will oversee digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM/email efforts and website content, guiding social media strategy across platforms.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage cross-functional teams and agencies, and establish measurement frameworks to optimise performance while maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of marketing experience with integrated campaigns.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, content and campaign analytics.
• Experience across multiple brands, markets or customer segments is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management capabilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing and website content.
• Lead social media strategy, content planning and channel optimisation across multiple platforms.
• Manage cross-functional and agency partnerships to deliver high-quality campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Establish campaign measurement frameworks, monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Safeguard brand consistency across messaging, content and customer touchpoints.
• Partner with senior marketing leadership on brand-building, customer engagement and new marketing initiatives.
