Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, media, events and other channels.
• Create marketing content, campaigns, sales materials, thought leadership and communications to support business objectives.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaigns from planning and execution through to performance evaluation and reporting.
• Monitor campaign results and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise marketing activities.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign expenditure and performance reporting with strong attention to accuracy and governance.
• Coordinate with creative, media and production agencies to develop marketing materials and ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Support client events, executive engagements, corporate gifting and other business programmes.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with brand guidelines, internal policies, legal requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, lead generation and product utilisation.
• Perform other marketing projects and duties as assigned.
