Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute integrated campaigns from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will manage digital channels, create compelling content, and collaborate with designers, agencies, and vendors to drive brand awareness and sales.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business and 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant field
• Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing preferably F&B industry

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, EDMs, and website content
• Create engaging marketing content and collaborate with designers, agencies, and vendors
• Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to optimise marketing effectiveness
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new business opportunities
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and brand partnerships
• Manage and enhance the customer loyalty programme to improve customer retention and engagement
• Work closely with the Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
