Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of integrated marketing experience with managerial progression.
• Experience in FMCG, parenting, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred.
• Proven track record of multi-channel campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong digital, social, and performance marketing knowledge with analytics.
• Analytical mindset translating data into actionable marketing insights.
• Leadership and mentoring experience in marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and creative strategy reflecting brand DNA and consumer insights.
• Develop and execute holistic 360 GTM plans across paid, earned, owned, and social media.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Strategic Partnerships, International and E-Commerce teams.
• Oversee content and social media strategy with a consumer-first mindset.
• Localize and amplify digital and social presence for key markets.
• Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen brand relevance.
