Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a Branch Service Staff to perform frontline branch operations including OTC transactions, account onboarding/ servicing, and client referrals to business units. You will maintain excellent customer relations and uphold high integrity in handling cash and other high-risk instruments.

You will work with the Service Manager to manage transactional, onboarding, and operational risks in compliance with banking regulations, supporting branch growth via referrals in line

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Business, Finance or related field.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform frontline branch duties (OTC transactions, customer servicing).
• Handle cash deposits/withdrawals, time deposits, onboarding requests.
• Maintain customer relations and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities and refer clients to relevant units to support branch targets.
