Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking Branch Service Staff to perform daily branch operations including OTC transactions, account onboarding/ servicing, and refer clients to business units for new services while maintaining excellent customer relations.

You will work with the Service Manager to manage risks, support business growth by referrals, and meet branch targets, with duties including frontline customer service, cash handling, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in a related field preferably (Banking, Business, Finance and related fields)
• Less than 3 years of experience in customer service related field preferably
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills;
• Meticulous, logical and attentive to details with ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics. Self-motivated and driven to attain personal and branch’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform Frontline duties during daily work (Adhere to regulatory requirements and bank processes at all times)
• Handling OTC Transactions such as Cash Deposits/Withdrawals, Time Deposit placements & Servicing of Account On-Boarding requests
• To address any shortfall in Branch atmospheric feedback and report to relevant unit for follow up action
• To meet customer service SLA guidelines to achieve positive customer experience in Branches
• Upkeep & Management of Controlled Items in Care
• Upkeep & Maintain Good Customer Services for Clients in Branch
