Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad (Singapore) invites applications for Branch Operations Support to enhance daily branch operations, verify customer identities, and process transactions with accuracy. The role covers account opening, cash handling, and maintaining complete documentation.

You will work with branch staff and sales to deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Branch Operations Manager in maintaining equipment and facilities while adhering to regulatory and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office).
• Awareness of relevant laws and regulations relating to Branch Banking.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations Support daily operations of the branch and other branches to ensure smooth functioning.
• Verify customer’s identification and ensure proper authorization and documentation for transactions.
• Handle cash management tasks including deposits, withdrawals and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Collaborate with other branch staff and sales team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
