Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent, preferably with customer-facing or banking experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy and the ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle over-the-counter transactions such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and safe deposit box services.
• Respond to customer enquiries through face-to-face interactions and phone calls, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
• Promote and introduce relevant banking products and services based on customer needs.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation and balancing to ensure accuracy of all transactions processed.
• Handle petty cash administration, including staff claims and reimbursements.
• Maintain proper documentation and carry out basic administrative tasks to support branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
• Support the branch team with ad-hoc duties and operational tasks when required.
