Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform frontline duties while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Handle OTC transactions including cash deposits/withdrawals and account onboarding servicing.
• Address shortfalls in branch atmosphere feedback and report for action.
• Meet customer service SLA to ensure positive experience in branches.
• Maintain controlled items and ensure good customer service for clients.
