Job summary

SPACIO TCM WELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Leader to manage daily store operations and drive sales across assigned outlets in Singapore.

You will lead a team of up to 15 staff, ensure targets are met, and coordinate promotional campaigns with the Sales HOD. Strong Mandarin and English communication are essential to liaise with a diverse customer base. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of similar experience in the Beauty/Spa industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operation of assigned retail stores.
• Meet and drive area and outlet sales targets.
• Motivate and manage up to 15 staff across outlets.
• Coordinate marketing promotions and communications at outlets.
• Act as liaison between Sales HOD and branches.
• Review daily sales reports and implement improvement actions.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure service quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth daily operation of retail stores that you are assigned to operate.
• Ensure area sales target is achieved.
• Ensure each outlet hits the individual outlet target.
• Motivating and managing the assigned retail outlets staff.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing promotions and all communications.
• Participate in operations promotions, advertisement, sales training.
• Ensuring cleanliness and service quality of assigned retail store.
• Act as a liaison between the Sales HOD and assigned outlets, disseminating information and directives to Branch Managers and teams.
• Review Daily Sales Reports of assigned outlets, identifying problems and suggesting improvement measures to optimize performance.
• Review customer feedback and incident reports, ensuring necessary actions are taken and facilitating After-Action Reviews (AARs) for improvement.
• Perform related, ac-hoc duties/tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of similar experience in the Beauty/Spa industry
• Powerful motivator with strong leadership skills
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Able to lead a team of max 15 staffs
• Strong command of spoken English and Mandarin. Must be able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Positive attitude and mindset, able to roll with punches
• Highly initiative with strong problem-solving skills and constantly having a positive mindset
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays and retail hours
