Job summary

BIOSKIN HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Singapore location. You will lead the retail and sales team, coach staff, and ensure targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in a managerial capacity, strong leadership, and a proactive selling approach. A 5-day work week and retail hours are expected, with focus on achieving strong sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations
• Lead and motivate retail and sales staff
• Mentor and resolve staff issues
• Drive branch performance and sales target achievement
• Develop innovative sales strategies and plans
• Forecast sales and set performance goals
• Provide service/product education and reinforce benefits to customers
• Provide feedback for company improvement
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage & oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations
• To lead & motivate retail & sales staff
• To mentor, advice and provide resolutions to any staff issues when necessary
• Responsible for branch’s performance and sales target achievement
• Develop innovative and effective sales strategies & plans
• Perform sales forecasting activities and set performance goal
• Provide continuous service / product education and reinforce service / products’ benefits to customers.
• Provide constructive feedback with regards to improvement of the Company
• Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Managerial / Supervisory level
• Preferably in the Beauty & Wellness industry
• Possess excellent management & leadership qualities
• A self-driven and highly motivated person with excellent sales skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, with a confident disposure
• Must be able to work on retail hours
• 5days work week
