Amber Beila Beauty seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the outlet, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional client consultation and team performance.

The role requires motivating the team, maintaining high service standards, and building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits. The position offers a competitive salary with uncapped commissions and perks near MRT.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in beauty or aesthetic sales environments.
• Proficient in client consultation and recommending suitable treatment packages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members.
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend tailored treatments and packages to meet client needs.

• Lead and support the team to improve sales performance and consistently achieve targets.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to enhance skills and service quality.

• Oversee smooth daily operations of the outlet to ensure a positive customer experience and operational efficiency.
