NING SANCTUARY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned beauty spa retail operations manager to oversee multiple outlets. You will lead Branch Managers, drive sales performance, and ensure alignment with company strategy while upholding brand standards.

You must have 5+ years in beauty retail ops, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. This role offers a high basic salary with substantial commission, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in beauty spa retail & sales ops management.
• Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee outlets and work with branch managers on short/long-term plans aligning with company strategies.
• Regularly monitor outlet sales to meet goals and expectations.
• Communicate company strategy and priorities to branch managers promptly.
• Lead and develop outlet teams to deliver a true brand experience and drive collaboration.
• Ensure profitable operations and stay within budget across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs; identify development opportunities.
• Train, supervise, lead, and guide new Branch Managers.
• Ensure outlet operations are organised and merchandised per standards.
• Analyze market to identify expansion opportunities within the area.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of outlets and work with respective branch managers to develop and implement short term and long-term plans in line with the company strategies.
• Regular monitoring of outlets sales and ensure goal and expectation are achieved.
• Works with Management to circulate all communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for Branch Managers and ensures there are systems in place to enable the Branch Managers to receive the information in a timely manner.
• To act as a leader in assigned territory by leading, inspire and develop the outlet teams in delivering a true brand experience for consumers and lead a team of Branch Managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure outlets are profitable and stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines identifying skills and opportunities for development.
• Train, supervise, lead, and guide new Branch Managers.
• Responsible to ensure outlet's operation are following SOP, well organised and properly merchandised.
• Analysis of market to identify expansion opportunities within the area.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
