Job summary

Asianskin Aesthetics in Singapore is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of our beauty outlet and lead a team of beauty consultants.

You will drive sales, manage staffing and inventory, maintain high service standards, and implement promotions while coaching staff to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in beauty/wellness is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty outlet and lead a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty outlet

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of beauty consultants/therapists

• Set and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching and guidance

• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and manpower requirements

• Conduct staff training and support new staff onboarding

• Monitor stock levels, inventory and daily outlet operations

• Ensure the outlet is well-maintained, clean and professionally presented

• Implement company promotions, sales campaigns and marketing initiatives

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably with experience leading a team

• Experience in the beauty, wellness is preferred

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets and KPIs

• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
