Job summary

NTUC FairPrice Co-Operative Ltd, Singapore, is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee both front- and back-end store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and assisting the Group Manager with project management.

You will lead and motivate a team, manage budgets to maximise profitability, analyse trends for planning, handle customer feedback, stock control, promotions, and participate in store openings and renovations, all while upholding health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with relevant work experience in service/retail industry.
• Strong passion for the service/retail industry.
• Possess strong strategic thinking skills.
• Good project management and report presentation ability.
• Highly customer-oriented, meticulous and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Involve in projects such as planning for new store openings and renovation works.
