Job summary

NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited in Singapore is seeking a capable Store Operations Manager to oversee front and back-end duties, drive sales, and support the Group Manager with project initiatives.

You will lead a team, manage stock, ensure health and safety compliance, and continuously refine processes to deliver excellent customer service and profitable store performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with min 3 years of relevant work experience in service/retail industry
• Strong passion for the service/retail industry
• Possess strong strategic thinking skills
• Good in project management
• Good at presenting reports and coming up with fresh ideas
• Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful and problem solver with effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others

About the role:
