Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks a frontline banker to deliver outstanding customer service and handle daily banking needs at the branch. You will manage cash transactions and assist customers with account opening/closure, remittance, and balancing duties.

Training is provided to cover CDD/KYC checks, use of self-service channels, and overall branch operations. Applicants should have a diploma or degree, strong communication skills, and be willing to work Sundays.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline with basic understanding of relevant banking operations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills.
• Meticulous, logical and attentive to details.
• Self-motivated and driven to attain personal & branch goals.
• Must be prepared to work branch hours as well as Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers while attending to their banking needs.
• Perform day-to-day over-the-counter transactions, which includes cash handling/management, account opening and closure, balancing of cash and cheques and remittance handling.
• Conduct CDD/ KYC checks during onboarding and transaction handling.
• Migrate and guide customers to use the self-service banking channels.
• Perform general administrative duties and support the daily operations of the branch.
• Assist customers in their enquiries and handling of feedback.
