Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer to design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) at client sites in Singapore. You will monitor ACMV and BMS operations, analyze system performance, and collaborate with consultants, contractors and customers to ensure quality installation and timely completion. Location: Ubi.

Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours. Min Dip/ Deg in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics and knowledge of BMS are essential.

Qualifications

• Min Dip/ Deg in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineer or any other relevant qualifications
• Knowledge in BMS is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ACMV and BMS operations for energy efficiency and system performance
• Develop and implement automation control sequences, logic diagrams, and software
• Design graphics in accordance with the project requirement
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, owner teams to ensure quality installation, safety, and timely completion
• Support energy management initiatives and drive operational improvements
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs for project and ISO 19000 requirement

Job description

Project Roles

• Assist in reviewing sales handover budget to ensure that it complies with the company policies, statutory requirements and contract specifications.


• Assist Manager in Project


• Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project


• Analyze project specifications and design


• Perform system sizing, equipment selection, and prepare BOM


• To plan and develop the project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones.


• To track the project progression in the field and update the schedules regularly to ensure that the activities are progressing within the scheduled timelines.


• Liaise with consultants, architects, main contractors and subcontractors for technical matters and job execution.


• Attending site meetings and coordinating with stakeholders, customers, consultants, and planning the related activities for the assigned projects.


• Prepare and design shop drawings, document submission and site supervision.


• Plan and monitor the FAT, testing & commissioning, and inspection activities within the project scheduled timelines.


• To be involve site testing, commissioning, and system troubleshooting


• Sourcing and negotiating the material/sub-Contractor procurement within budget.


• Ensure timely completion of the assigned tasks, particularly for the handover schedules.


• Asst sales team for the variation order works.


• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs for project and ISO 19000 requirement


• As and when to take on new assignments.
