Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking engineers to design, install and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) at a project site in Singapore. You will monitor and optimize ACMV and BMS operations to improve energy efficiency and system performance.

The role involves developing automation control sequences and collaborating with contractors and owner teams to ensure quality installation and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in BMS is preferred.
• Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of BMS is desirable.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.

• Develop and implement automation control sequences, logic diagrams, and software.
• Design graphics in accordance with project requirements.

• Support energy management initiatives and drive operational improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs for project and ISO 19000 requirement.

Job description

Project Roles

• Assist in reviewing sales handover budget to ensure that it complies with the company policies, statutory requirements and contract specifications.


• Assist Manager in Project


• Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project


• Analyze project specifications and design


• Perform system sizing, equipment selection, and prepare BOM


• To plan and develop the project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones.


• To track the project progression in the field and update the schedules regularly to ensure that the activities are progressing within the scheduled timelines.


• Liaise with consultants, architects, main contractors and subcontractors for technical matters and job execution.


• Attending site meetings and coordinating with stakeholders, customers, consultants, and planning the related activities for the assigned projects.


• Prepare and design shop drawings, document submission and site supervision.


• Plan and monitor the FAT, testing & commissioning, and inspection activities within the project scheduled timelines.


• To be involve site testing, commissioning, and system troubleshooting


• Sourcing and negotiating the material/sub-Contractor procurement within budget.


• Ensure timely completion of the assigned tasks, particularly for the handover schedules.


• Asst sales team for the variation order works.


• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs for project and ISO 19000 requirement


• As and when to take on new assignments.

Requirements

• Min Dip/ Deg in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineer or any other relevant qualifications


• Knowledge in BMS is preferred
