Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a BMS Electrical Engineer to support Building Management System works on building services projects in Singapore. You will handle coordination, installation supervision, and testing and commissioning of BMS electrical and controls works to meet project requirements and safety standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of BMS controls, DDC panels, field devices, sensors and system integration, with the ability to coordinate with consultants,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in BMS/BAS/controls systems or M&E building services projects
• Good knowledge of BMS controls, DDC panels, field devices, control wiring, sensors, actuators, and system integration
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, KNX, or equivalent protocols an advantage
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, points lists, and technical specs
• Basic understanding of ACMV systems and their control requirements an advantage
• Experience in commercial, infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, or institutional building projects preferred
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work to project deadlines
• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software
• Singapore construction or M&E project experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing BMS electrical and controls works
• Review project drawings, specifications, control schematics, points schedules, and technical documents
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Support BMS system design coordination, including DDC panels, field devices, sensors, actuators, cabling, and control interfaces
• Coordinate BMS integration with ACMV, electrical, fire alarm, security, ELV, and other building services systems
• Supervise site installation works to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, material delivery, and installation quality
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and inspection requests
• Support testing and commissioning: point-to-point testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and troubleshooting
• Help identify and resolve technical issues, site coordination problems, and interface matters
• Ensure proper documentation of testing records, inspection reports, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, company procedures, and project quality standards
• Provide technical support to supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors during execution

About the Role
We're seeking a BMS Electrical Engineer to support Building Management System (BMS) / Building Automation System (BAS) works on building services projects. • $4,800-$6,000/month + up to 3 months Variable Bonus (subject to company/individual performance) + Grade allowance




• All roles company wide operate on a 1 year renewable contract with perm staff benefits




• Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
