Job summary

StraitsX is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to support strategic blockchain initiatives in Singapore. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, product and legal to onboard merchants and configure accounts, ensuring smooth transitions from prospect to active client.

You will assist in pricing, invoicing, and creating compelling pitch decks to close strategic deals, while researching market trends and competitive offerings to shape sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in tech/fintech or consulting.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and revenue tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end account configuration and onboarding workflows.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal for project execution.
• Work with Data and Finance to set pricing models and client invoicing.
• Prepare pitch decks, sales presentations and product sheets.
• Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to inform strategy.
• Monitor client usage and revenue trends for growth opportunities.
• Translate strategic concepts into actionable project plans with accountabilities.
