Job summary

StraitsX seeks an experienced OTC Sales Manager to own the end-to-end sales cycle in Singapore, driving institutional growth and expanding market presence in digital assets.

You will pitch liquidity solutions, onboard institutional clients, and structure large-volume stablecoin trades, working closely with trading, compliance, and legal teams to ensure compliant execution and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• OTC/Sales track record with institutional desks or OTC trading experience.
• Deep understanding of stablecoins, mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics.
• Existing network of institutional crypto participants is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales to expand institutional footprint.
• Source strategic accounts including HNWIs and market makers.
• Manage liquidity and close large-block trades.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with trading, compliance, and product teams.
