Job summary

NovogeneAIT Genomics Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to manage logistics, shipments, invoicing, and sample handling in a fast‑paced biotech environment.

You will coordinate local and international shipments, liaise with customers and service providers, process invoices, maintain records, and support cross‑functional teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years preferred; strong MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, commercial support, or administration is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable handling biological samples and following SOPs.
• Experience with logistics coordination, import/export documentation, or laboratory operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipment activities, including courier bookings, tracking, and permit applications, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support fulfillment by coordinating local deliveries and sample collections with customers and providers.
• Receive, inspect, and process biological samples per SOPs and temperature requirements.
• Handle and store samples to maintain integrity.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
• Generate invoices, delivery orders, and submit eInvoices through platforms.
