Job summary

Lonza Biologics Tuas Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a QC Samples Coordinator to manage QC samples, archival of QC documents, and coordinate with departments to ensure timeliness of results and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant Chemistry, Science field or Equivalent.
• Well versed in cGMP regulations.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• A key team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage QC samples (receive, retain, shipment).
• Coordinate on-site / off-site archival of QC documents.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and revise related SOPs.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples/results and maintenance performance.
• Write, maintain, edit and review Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain data and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to operational efficiency / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
