Job summary

GenScript is seeking a QC/QA coordinator to join its production team in Singapore. You will coordinate QC and QA work, ensure timely completion of key orders, and support data analysis to improve production processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, hands-on experience with protein detection techniques (SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC), and strong communication to train junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine or related majors.
• Familiar with SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC and protein detection.
• Good trouble shooting and project management skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QC and QA work in the team.
• Complete key orders and troubleshoot.
• Analyze production data and assist in optimizing processes or technology.
• Participate in multiple promotion projects and help achieve objectives.
• Formulate and update SOPs; train junior employees.
• Assist supervisor with quality monitoring and safety inspection; rectify issues promptly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
