Job summary

GenScript/ProBio is recruiting for a biology-focused role in Singapore. The candidate will perform routine QC testing, document results, and maintain lab equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct molecular biology assays, manage data, and support production with cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and learn advanced gene synthesis workflows within a global team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a scientific field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset are required.
• Proficiency in data management and documentation is essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork under pressure are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing per SOPs and document results.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Conduct molecular biology assays including DNA-related workflows.
• Record experimental data accurately and report status to supervisor.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to support manufacturing.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality management procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes.
• Handle daily experimental tasks for ligation and transformation workflows.
