Job summary

Aptiv8 IT Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM/M&E Draughtsperson to develop M&E drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD. The role requires interpreting designs and translating them into precise M&E models, with independent project delivery and coordination across disciplines.

You will work with engineers, project managers and site teams to support design development and BIM coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of M&E design and building codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E drawings, layouts and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Interpret engineering designs and translate technical requirements into accurate and coordinated M&E models and drawings.
• Independently manage assigned projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate M&E systems with other disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
• Review and verify drawings, models and layouts for accuracy, constructability and compliance with codes and project specs.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues, implementing revisions promptly.
• Maintain and update BIM models, drawings, technical documents and revision records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and site teams to support design development and BIM coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical orElectrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year ofrelevant industry experience
• Relevant workingexperience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in design andbuilding projects and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
• Able to work as a team,assertive, independent and proactive.
• Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
