Job summary

Fuku in Tai Seng, Singapore, seeks a motivated M&E BIM Drafter to produce and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems. You will coordinate BIM models, perform clash checks, and deliver accurate drawings on time.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline and at least 1 year of BIM drafting experience in Singapore. Proficiency in BIM/Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year working as M&E BIM drafter in Singapore.
• Experience with HDB/Condominium project drafting is an advantage.
• Proficient in BIM/Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
• MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary).

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit.
• Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems.
• Update and coordinate Revit models throughout the project, including slab pipe routings, underground pipe routings, tray/trunking routings, lightning protection, lighting and power points location.
• Perform interference/clash checking within own model and against other disciplines.
• Deliver accurate drawings on time.
• Carry out any other drafter-related tasks assigned by superior.
• Assist Project Manager with completion of projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
