Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a BIM Modeller (Electrical) in the M&E Engineering sector on a 3-year contract. Location is islandwide, with site visits as required.

The role focuses on producing and revising electrical installation drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP, updating BIM components, coordinating with the project team, maintaining drawing registers, and supporting project submissions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP modelling in Revit.
• Experience with BIM processes and drawing standards is preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical installation drawings and project updates.

Responsibilities

• Produce and revise electrical installation drawings using CAD tools, incorporating site records and project updates.
• Develop and update electrical components within BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Check drawing details against project requirements and coordinate discrepancies with the team.
• Maintain organised drawing registers, technical records and supporting documents for submissions.
• Assist the project team with documentation, site coordination and activities leading to project completion.

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a BIM Modeller (Electrical) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 3 years contract
• Position: BIM Modeller (Electrical)
• Location: Islandwide (depends on project's location)
• Working Hours: 6 days (Monday to Saturday, Office Hours)
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce and revise electrical installation drawings using computer-aided design tools, incorporating information from site records and project updates.
• Develop and update electrical components within building information models using Revit MEP.
• Check drawing details against project requirements and coordinate discrepancies or amendments with the relevant team members.
• Maintain organised drawing registers, technical records and supporting documents for project submissions.
• Assist the project team with documentation, site coordination matters and activities leading up to project completion.

Job Requirements:

• At least NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred. Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.
• Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.
