Job summary

YUQI BUILDER PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Drafter to develop and maintain 3D models and drawings for RC structures and MEP systems in cleanroom and high-tech facilities in Singapore. You will report to the BIM Coordinator and coordinate with project engineers and site teams.

Mandatory Revit proficiency; AutoCAD and Navisworks familiarity are advantageous. Strong reading of drawings, attention to detail, and clear communication help meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, BIM, Drafting or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with Navisworks Manage.

Position Summary

Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining BIM models and engineering drawings for RC structures and MEP systems in cleanroom, semiconductor and industrial facility projects. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the BIM Coordinator and coordinate with project engineers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D BIM models and engineering drawings for RC structures and MEP systems.

• Prepare and revise layout, shop, installation and as-built drawings.

• Support BIM coordination, clash detection and resolution using relevant BIM software.

• Update models and drawings based on approved design changes and site conditions.

• Assist with site coordination, tender drawings, quantity take-offs and project documentation as required.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, Drafting or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with Navisworks Manage.

• Experience in BIM modelling, drafting or coordination is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand RC structures and/or MEP systems.

• Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work under the BIM Coordinator’s direction and meet project deadlines.

• Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, industrial or other high-technology facility projects will be an advantage.
