Job summary

Accesstech Engineering Pte Ltd. is seeking a skilled M&E Drafter to develop detailed drawings and BIM models for multiple projects in Singapore. You will create plan, elevation, section, isometric and schematic drawings using AutoCAD and Revit with high accuracy.

You will attend BIM meetings, resolve clashes, and work with engineers to finalize service designs while ensuring documentation meets standards and submission formats. English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings detailed plan, elevation, section, Isometric drawings and schematic drawings.
• Attend BIM meeting with consultant, main-con, Facility Management, Owner in order to solve the model issues, clashes with correct system design intent.
• Responsible for creation drawings, modeling and documentations multiple projects by using AutoCAD and Revit with high level of accuracy and detail.
• Responsible to work with concerned engineers in order to complete design of related services.
• Able to carry out clash analysis of MEP services and resolve the area of clashes.
• Qualified and experienced in building services & MEP drafting principles and standards.
• Ability to understand design drawings from other engineering disciplines.
• To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers.
• Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.
• Ad-hoc duty assigned by manager.
