Job summary

YUQI BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop, coordinate and maintain BIM models and engineering drawings for cleanroom and high-technology facility projects. You will support tendering, design development through construction and handover with a team of engineers and drafters.

The role requires hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work independently across multidisciplinary groups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, BIM or related discipline.
• 3–5 years BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience in cleanroom or high-technology facility projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support tender preparation, quantity take-offs, site coordination and construction drawing updates.
• Maintain drawing revisions, BIM/CAD files and project documentation.

Position Summary

Responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining BIM models and engineering drawings for cleanroom, semiconductor, ACMV/HVAC, process utility and industrial facility projects. The role supports projects from tendering and design development through construction, installation and as-built handover.

• Develop, maintain and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and engineering drawings for cleanroom, semiconductor, ACMV/HVAC, process utility and industrial facility projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, industrial or other high-technology facility projects will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with engineering and site teams.
